Trouble logging into my LifeMiles account
To protect your account, we have implemented an automatic lock system after multiple failed login or password recovery attempts. We want to make sure we give you the right guidance, so it’s important that you tell us which of the two cases you fall into.
Did you forget your password or you need to update it? You can reset it by yourself
Retrieve your LifeMiles number
If you don’t remember your LifeMiles number, you can retrieve it yourself. To do this, we will request some basic information from your profile, thus making sure that you are the account holder.
2-Step verification activation
By enabling 2-step verification, your account security will not rely only on your password anymore, but also on a one-time-password (OTP) that you can obtain through SMS, Google authenticator or Microsoft authenticator apps. 2-Step verification will also allow you to reset your password more easily.
2-Step verification troubleshooting
I don’t know how to obtain my OTPs.
Whenever the OTP is requested, we will let you know how you can obtain it (via SMS, Google Authenticator app or Microsoft authenticator app), according to what you decided when you enabled 2-step verification.

Do you have two LifeMiles accounts and want to merge them? You can request the merger of both by completing our form.
Have you tried to access your LifeMiles account more than 5 times, or have you had difficulties resetting it? To protect your account and ensure your security, the lockout feature has been activated.
To unlock it, fill out our form and our Support team will review your request.
