If you have a reservation with your miles to travel to Medellín from February 22 to 24, 2025, to attend the Shakira concert, you can:
- Make changes to your itinerary without penalties (a fare difference may apply). To do this, contact our call center and select the following menu options: 1 for Spanish >> 3 for LifeMiles request >> 2 for changes. You will have 90 days to choose a new travel date and the last possible travel date is one year from the date of original ticket redemption.
- Request a refund of your ticket without penalties. This request must be submitted through the following link within a maximum period of 90 days and the ticket must be valid for up to one year from the date of redemption.
Additionally, you must provide your reservation code or ticket number.
