Name correction in reservations with air partners

If you have a ticket redeemed with LifeMiles to travel with one of our air partners (Star Alliance, Iberia and GOL), keep in mind that due to system restrictions it is not possible to make a name correction.

We recommend that when redeeming, you make sure to enter the correct name as registered in your travel document.

In case your ticket is already issued, and you need a correction in the name, you must request the refund of the miles from your ticket and make a new redemption in which the conditions of the new fare that is available and chosen will apply.

To request the refund, contact our Call Center Option 3, remember that this will apply according to the terms and conditions of LifeMiles.
