Did you fly with one of our air partners, but you still haven’t earned the corresponding miles? If more than 14 days have passed since your flight and the miles have not been credited to your account, don’t worry. You can request the retroactive accrual of miles directly with the airline with which you flew.
It is important to consider that, in order to earn miles, you must have been a LifeMiles member before starting your flight. In addition, you must not have flown with that airline within the last 12 months if it is a Star Alliance member airline, or within the last 6 months if it is Iberia or Gol.

If you have flown with non-Star Alliance partners or if you have proof that you have flown with any Star Alliance member airline but have not been able to credit your miles, you can request the accrual and your request will be reviewed by one of our Support team members.
